BaySci is a long-term institutional collaboration between Lawrence Hall of Science and the Exploratorium in partnership with Emery USD, Newark USD, Novato USD, Palo Alto USD and Petaluma City Schools that develops and sustains robust elementary science programs in the partner districts. BaySci offers a menu of professional development opportunities along with district-level planning and technical assistance focused on leadership and capacity building around science education. A key feature of BaySci is that it addresses the specific, individual needs expressed by district partners by taking strategic advantage of the programs, resources and expertise in informal science education institutions.
BaySci was developed for grades K-12.
