Camp Cancellations
There is a $25 cancellation fee for one-week camps and a $50 cancellation fee for two-week camps. LHS can give you a refund, less the cancellation fee, if we receive your request at least two weeks before the first day of camp. LHS will consider refunds for cancellations less than two weeks before the start date if a replacement camper from the waiting list is available.

Supervised Option Cancellations
There is a $15 cancellation fee. LHS can give you a refund, less the cancellation fee, if we receive your request at least one week before the first day of camp.

Summer 2008 Day Camps Supervised Lunch and Pick Up

LHS Members Registration:
February 23 (Saturday): online registration starts 9:00 a.m.
February 25 (Monday): in person, mail/fax, phone

General Public Registration:
February 29 (Friday)

Supervised Lunch Hour

(12:00 noon–1:00 p.m.)
Entering Grades 2–6 Only: No exceptions, please!

Supervised Late Pickup (4:00–5:00 p.m.) All Grades

To accommodate your needs for lunch supervision and later pickup times, the option of Supervised Lunch Hour (12:00 noon–1:00 p.m.) and Supervised Late Pickup (4:00–5:00 p.m.) are available.

• Parents must provide lunch and snacks for their children during Supervised Lunch Hour and Supervised Late Pickup. No peanuts or peanut products, please!
• Activities will include explorations of LHS exhibits, fun science and mathematics activities, and games.

Prices
Supervised Lunch Hour $35 per week
Supervised Late Pickup $35 per week
Both $70 per week

• LHS is not able to accept drop-in campers or campers on a one-day-at-a-time basis in either of the supervised programs.
• To sign up for a Supervised Lunch Hour or Supervised Late Pickup, please fill out the appropriate sections on the camp application on page 27.
• For Supervised Late Pickup, a child must be enrolled in an afternoon camp.
