Lawrence Hall of Science is looking for
Teen Volunteers!
Do you need community service hours for school?
Are you interested in science and math?
Join the volunteers at Lawrence Hall of Science on Sundays this Fall!
Orientation on Sunday, October 25 from 10:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
You will have fun and indulge your creative side by facilitating activities in our new space, The Ingenuity Lab. In this space, visitors can come in and build a flying machine or take apart a toaster. We need you to help them get started and to create new challenges for our visitors! The Ingenuity Lab is open every Sunday from 12:00-4:00.
You should be:
- Hardworking and like people (especially kids)
- Available for at least one 5 hour shift each month on Sundays only
- Able to attend the Teen Volunteer Orientation session (see below)
You will get:
- Valuable experience
- Community Service hours
- A whole bunch of new friends!
