The Brainiacs
2007-2008 Science Discover Theatre Offerings:

Brainiacs - Learn about the brain by using yours creatively. Lots of fun and lots of learning! An engaging improvisational format showcases your students, and illustrates brain function and anatomy like no textbook you've ever seen!

The Adventures of Hermie the Hermit Crab - Learn about the sandy beach and the rocky seashore with a loveable, lost crab. Your students will sing and laugh as they help Hermie find her home.

Trashablanca
With the aid of students, puppets, and magic, Trash Brannigan tracks the trail of California's missing garbage, and uncovers the mystery of RECYCLING. A great show for Earth Day!

Who Let the Smog Out? - What is smog? What is air? Follow the clues as this mystery unfolds in a beautiful set, each scene peppered with songs and clues, while puppets, masked characters, and student volunteers help answer these questions.

Science Discovery Theatre

It's the program that one teacher describes as "wonderful, energetic, entertaining, and educational" and another calls "inspiring and motivational." Science Discovery Theatre combines science concepts, music, comedy, and improvisation with live shows that appeal to the many learning styles and interests of your students. Similar to LHS assemblies, but with a more theatrical format, Science Discovery Theatre presentations can be linked with other LHS programs to extend learning.
